EABL Appoints Angela Namwakira as New Company Secretary
A statement from EABL Board Chairman Dr. Martin Oduor-Otieno also announced the resignation of Kathryne Maundu as Company Secretary with effect from 23rd October 2023. Maundu has resigned from four listed firms, namely EABL, Safaricom, BAT Kenya and Eaagads Limited, all in the last few weeks.
