Raddison Hotel’s Arboretum Outlet to Open in September

Radisson Hotel has confirmed that its Arboretum outlet (houses and apartments)  will be opened it September a year after it had been marred with construction delays.

Senior vice president development Andrew McLachlan
sub Sahara Africa, Radisson Hotel Group says that the arboretum outlet will complement its two other hotels as it will target travelers who would wish to stay closer to the city.

“…with our target being the business traveler who may want to stay longer or a leisure traveller who wants to tour and stay in a place close to the city centre.

“We plan to scale our growth in specific cities where we think there is demand. Last year we surpassed our target by adding 16 hotels to our portfolio against a target of eight. We will continue with the same aggressiveness in 2019,” McLachlan was quoted by The Star.

Besides its five year strategy plan to have close to 130 hotels by 2022, McLachlan added that Raddison plans to have 2 more outlets in Nairobi and  Coast due to the high demand.
