CIC Insurance Group Plc has announced that its Annual General Meeting(AGM) will be held via electronic means on 29th September, 2020, at 10.a.m.
This follows cancellation of its first notice dated 5th June 2020 that slotted the AGM for 30th June 2020. The meeting was subsequently canceled on June 17th, 2020.
Registration for the AGM opens on Monday, 7th September 2020 and will close on 27th September 2020 at 5.00 p.m.

In the half-year period ended 30th June, 2020, the listed insurer sunk into a Net loss of KSh 335.5 Million compared to KSh 20.9 Million net profit the previous year.
