Ms Winnie Ouko has resigned from Absa Bank Kenya Plc’s Board as an independent non-executive director, with effect from 30th October 2020, to pursue other career interests.
Since her appointment in 2014, Ms Winnie Ouko has served as chair of the Audit and Risk committee, contributing greatly to the entrenchment of a strong risk culture at the bank.
Winnie holds an MBA degree in Finance & Strategy (Cornell University, USA), a Bachelor of Commerce degree, University of Nairobi and is a Certified Public Accountant (Kenya). She is currently the Managing Director of Lattice Consulting, a boutique corporate finance and strategy advisory firm. She is Member of the Board Credit Committee, and Chairperson of the Audit & Risk Committee of the Company.
