Vincent De Brouwer has resigned as the regional director of I&M holdings effective 31 July 2020. In a statement, I&M says that De Brouwer has also stepped down as a member of the board of directors.
De Brouwer was appointed to the Regional director’s position barely a year ago in November 2019. Mr. Vincent De Brouwer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. He also holds a Bsc. in Applied Science from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium. I&M had created the position with the aim of increasing its brand visibility across its core markets.
I&M grew its net earnings by 27 percent to Ksh10.8 billion for the financial year ending December 31, 2019. The group has operations in Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Uganda, and Mauritius.
