United Bank for Africa (UBA) Kenya has inducted 20 Kenyan graduates into its prestigious Graduate Management Acceleration Programme (GMAP).
The graduates were part of the 1,138 young professionals absorbed into the bank following an intensive training program designed to equip them with essential banking and leadership skills. GMAP has produced over 3,222 young professionals across Africa since its inception, with 1, 138 young professionals being inducted in its current cohort.
“At UBA, we believe Africa’s transformation lies in the hands of young, dynamic professionals. Through this Graduate Management Acceleration Programme, we are shaping future leaders and reinforcing our commitment to excellence and impact,” UBA Group Chairman, Tony Elumelu said during the induction ceremony on Wednesday.
