Two Stanbic Board Members Retire

Stanbic held its Annual General Meeting and unanimously passed various resolutions. The investors approved the payment of a final dividend of KSh3.55 per share for the past financial year.

Messrs PricewaterhouseCoopers was duly appointed to continue serving as the company’s auditor for the year ending 31st December 2019.

Ms. Dorcas F Kombo, Mr. Christopher B Newson, and Ms. Rose Osoro were appointed to the Board Audit Committee.

Two board members namely, Mr. Edward W Njoroge and Fred N Ojiambo retired from their positions in the company.
