    TotalEnergies Marketing Kenya makes New Board Changes

    TotalEnergies Marketing Kenya Plc Board of Directors has appointed Olagoke Aluko as Director and its Chairman with effect from December 22nd, 2021.

    Aluko holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from the University of East London and a Masters of Science in Finance and Accounting from London School of Economics.

    Aluko has 21years experience with the oil multinational and is skilled in Management, Operations, HR, Finance and Accounting, Mergers and Acquisitions, Information Systems as well as Audit and Internal Controls.

    He previously served as Managing Director of the multinational’s subsidiary in Kenya after which he was appointed Vice President Finance and Corporate Affairs(MS Africa). He has also held the position of CFO in three of the oil giant’s subsidiaries in Ethiopia, Jamaica and Guinea, General Manager Operations, HR and Corporate Affairs at TotalEnergies Marketing Nigeria Plc. Currently, he is the Executive Vice President East&Central Africa(MS Africa).

    TotalEnergies Marketing Kenya also appoints new Director

    The oil multinational has also appointed Jean-Philippe Torres as Director of TotalEnergies Marketing Kenya Plc with effect from December 22nd, 2021. He holdsa Diploma in Economics from the University of Lille(France), Masters of Finance from ESCEM School of Business and Management(France) and a Master of Science in Management from the IESEG School of Management(France).

    Currently, he is the Senior Vice President of TotalEnergies Marketing Africa. Torres has served in various senior positions in the oil multinational’s offices in the Mediterranean and Indian Ocean, East and Central Africa, Nigeria, North and Central America and Berlin Germany among other jurisdictions.
