TATU City Records 77% Sales of Kijani Ridge

The Tatu City mega project, Kijani Ridge, has recorded 77 per cent sales of Kijani ridge with 375 out of 475 of the residential area sold.

Beatrice Njeri, head of residential sales at Tatu City, says the project in its 5,000 acres of land in Ruiru, Kiambu County, has received massive interest from prospective buyers.

“The competitive advantage that Tatu offers is its meticulous planning. It is a controlled environment in that it inhibits neighbours from putting up structures like flats that will devalue a property. Schools, hospitals and other social amenities are all within the same area,” she added.

“Those ones found along the green area come at a premium price as they offer better views, have direct access to green spaces where families can maximise on the space.” Njeri stated.

Kijani Ridge is an expanse 250 acres exclusive urban living experience overlooking a spectacular dam and layers of green space.

Chris Ochieng’, senior development manager at Tatu City, adds that the project will introduce a main means of transport, and an internal transit system buses, powered  by solar and electricity which will pick up the populace who have been dropped by public transport.
