The Multi-sectoral committee on unsafe structure has issued a notice to the owners and developers of Airgate Mall (formerly Taj Mall) situated on North Airport Road at the junction of Outering Road, to remove the illegal development before 30th August 2018.
“The property has encroached on the road reserve and way leave hindering the continuance of construction of the Outering Road.” Says the public notice.
Occupants and Tenants have been asked to immediately vacate the building prior to the expiry of the notice.
“Upon the expiry of this notice, the illegal development will be demolished or removed from the road reserve and way leave at the owners/developers risk and cost.”
