    StepWise appoints Laura Chite as the new Chief Commercial Officer

    StepWise Inc, an impact sourcing service provider with offices in the US and Kenya has announced the appointment of Laura Chite as the Chief Commercial Officer. Laura will be responsible for Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations and scaling the StepWise brand across the globe.

    Laura has more than 20 years of senior management experience. For the 5 years prior to joining StepWise, Laura was Chief Executive Officer at CIO Africa, the leading technology content and insights platform serving senior technology professionals in Africa. Prior to that, Laura spent 16 years at Microsoft East Africa in various roles ranging from Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Communication.

    Laura is also the Chairperson at iGov Africa, Board Advisory, Director and Founder at HerNovation, which a is a Women in IT Leadership Program.
