Sidian Bank Secures KSh2 Billion Loan from Dutch lender

Sidian Bank has received KSh2 billion funding from the Dutch Entrepreneurial Bank.

The 5-year loan will be used to further the bank’s investment in affordable credit to its SME clients, trade finance and mobile lending.

We are happy to be affiliated with Sidian Bank and its shareholders in realizing a common goal of investing in supporting the growth of SMEs and entrepreneurs contributing to economic growth and development of Kenya

Linda Broekhuizen – Dutch Entrepreneurial Bank Chief Investment Officer

The bank had earlier this year raised KSh1.2 Billion from Danish organization Investment Fund for Developing Countries (IFU) and a further KSh 300 Million from Oikocredit.

Centum Investment Company owns 77 percent of Sidian Bank.
