Belva Digital, a marketing-tech agency headquartered in Nairobi and steadily expanding its footprint across Africa, has appointed Serah Katusya as the new CEO. With an impressive professional background, Serah Katusya joins Belva Digital from her prior role as the Managing Director (Kenya) at GroupM, the world’s largest media agency.
“With her proven expertise and strong pan-African background, Serah is the ideal leader to guide our agency towards achieving our vision as a pan-African company,” said Fred Kithinzi, the Founder of Belva Digital.
As part of this organizational restructuring, the current CEO, Fred Kithinzi, will ascend to the position of Group CEO. In his new role, the firm said Fred will concentrate on driving innovations, advancing technology capabilities, and propelling the overall growth of the
organization.
