The Sentrim Group of hotels has instructed real estate consultancy firm, Knight Frank to offer eight of its premises for sale.
In an advertisement in the local dailies, the group has put two of its city hotels in the list of those it wishes to dispose of. The 680 Hotel along procession road in Nairobi’s CBD and Hotel Boulevard along Harry Thuku.
Other properties the company wishes to liquidate include, Royal Castle Hotel in Mombasa, Sentrim Amboseli and Elementaita, Sentrim Mara in Masai Mara, Sentrim Samburu and Sentrim Tsavo.
According to the announcement, ‘’investors have the option to purchase the whole portfolio or individual properties.’’
The group is inviting bids from investors who are interested in any of the properties, adding, ‘’information on each of the properties is available on request and access can be granted to an online data room comprising a full due diligence parks for a non-refundable fee of Sh5000.‘’
