This AI chatbot has been designed by Elloe AI, in collaboration with Strathmore University and USAID.
According to Owen Sakawa, Founder & CEO of Elloe AI, the firm aims to provide accessible, affordable, and innovative solutions that enable small businesses to realize their full potential.

Small businesses are expected to use this tool to unlock their full potential. Through SBDC Rafiki, small businesses in Kenya can leverage the latest advancements in artificial intelligence to overcome some of the unique challenges they face.
Dr. George Ngethe Njenga, Founding Dean of Strathmore University Business School said the tool holds immense potential this holds for students and the wider community.
