Sasini PLC has embarked on a search for its new Group Managing Director after Stephen Maina Githiga notified its board he will not be renewing his current two year contract.
Dr Samuel Kanga Odalo, its Group Financial Controller, will take over the helm in an acting capacity.
“Until the new Group Managing Director is recruited, takes over the role and commences his/ her term, the board has resolved that Dr Odalo will serve as an acting Group Managing Director,” said the statement sent to the public.
Dr Odalo holds a doctorate degree in business administration (finance) from USIU, a global executive MBA in partnership with Columbia Business School in New York, bachelors of science in BA (accounting) (hons) from USIU, CPA (K) and is a member of ICIPAK.
