Safaricom has opened a new Call Centre in Eldoret town constructed at a cost of KES900 million.
The Call Centre will further enhance the telco’s efficiency in handling the over 1calls received daily and help resolve customer queries much faster.
In a statement, the telco said it will be recruiting 300 interns from various local universities in Uasin Gishu County as it seeks to build partnerships with the learning institutions.
