Safaricom Investment Co-op to Construct KSh 750m Housing Project

Safaricom Investment Co-operative plans to construct a KSh 750 m housing project in Ruaka, Kiambu. The Miran Residence is a three-acre urban development that will comprise 450 housing units, each selling for KSh 2.75 million, studio apartments at KSh 3.9 million, one-bedroom houses going for KSh 4.45 each and two-bedroom houses costing KSh 5.9 million each.

The Ruaka property has a gym, jogging track, and kids’ playground.

According to Sarah Wahogo, Ruaka is close to Nairobi, and residents will have access to shopping malls, schools and hospitals and ideal for those looking to invest in a home.

Available data indicates that Ruaka has an ample supply of apartments and provides a working population with an ideal housing and transport hub due to its closeness to Nairobi.

The Miran Residence is the 5th housing project by Safaricom Investment Co-operative Society. The other housing projects include Ruaka Ridge in Ruaka, BlueBells Apartments in Syokimau, Kantafu Serene Homes in Kantafu and Rongai Villas in Rongai.
