Safaricom and NCBA will conduct a system enhancement on the MShwari platform from Friday 20th November 11:59 pm to Sunday 22dn November 2:30 pm.
The two companies have issued a joint statement saying that all MShwari services will be unavailable during the time of the system enhancement.
“We apologize for any inconvenience caused as we endeavor to improve our services and provide a better experience,” reads the statement.
MShwari is a banking service offered by Safaricom in partnership with NCBA. The platform allows one to save and borrow money with ease through Safaricom’s mobile money service MPesa.
