Latest Investor returns fillings on Nairobi Securities Exchange Listed Companies show that Imperial Bank held 757, 500 shares of Sasini Tea & Coffee.This gives Imperial a controlling 0.332 ownership of the agricultural firm taking the ninth position as the majority institutional investor. As at yesterday’s Trading,this stake is worth Ksh 15.1 Million.
The Kenyanwllstreet estimates that Imperial Bank’s ownership in some listed firms could be much more as major stakes at NSE are held in custodial accounts hence not easy to determine the actual people behind the holdings.
