Posta NTSA Ink Logistics Delivery Deal

The Postal Corporation of Kenya (PCK), alias Posta and the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) have entered into a business deal, with PCK set to provide logistics and delivery services of Log Books, Driving Licenses, PSV Badges and other documents countrywide.

The deal will take effect on or before 31st March 2021.

As per the agreement, all shipment will be processed and tracked through Postal Corporation of Kenya’s Post Global System. The Corporation will then ensure that its office staff use the online system, which is visible to both parties, for real-time updates on each consignment’s status, up to delivery.

Director-General, NTSA, Mr George Njao days the partnership with PCK would help NTSA decongest their premises by having documents delivered to Kenyans, at a time when PCK is establishing itself as the ideal delivery partner for Government Agencies. He adds that the partnership is seeking to fulfil a presidential directive of same-day service delivery and improving transparency in the management of documents.

Postal Corporation of Kenya is currently a key partner with the Ministry of Interior & Coordination of National Government and Kenya Medical Supplies Authority (KEMSA) on last-mile delivery of passports and drugs distribution to support the Universal Health Service to citizens, among others.
