Nairobi, Kenya: The Kenyan Wall Street, in partnership with the world’s largest workplace and employment data company, WORKL, today announced the winners of the highly anticipated ‘Best Places to Work’ 2025 Awards - celebrating companies in Kenya that are striving above the average to build happy places to work. The programme, which drew nearly 150 entries, allowed employees to provide feedback and rate their working environments with the most exceptional and empowering work environments being celebrated in these awards.
This year’s awards were the most competitive yet, recognising excellence across ten distinct categories. The winners have been rigorously assessed on their workplace culture, employee engagement, and leadership practices using WORKL’s data-driven methodology.
“We are not just celebrating popular brands; we are recognising proven excellence in workplace culture,” said Andrew Barden, CEO of The Kenyan Wall Street. “These winning companies have demonstrated that a people-first strategy is not a cost, but the smartest investment any organisation can make. Their commitment to their employees sets a powerful benchmark for the entire Kenyan market and is a key driver of sustainable business growth.”
