    Olympia Capital Appoints Felix Kimanthi as New Group CEO

    The board of Olympia Capital Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Felix Kimanthi as the Group Managing Director and CEO.

    Mr. Kimanthi will succeed Mr.Alex Kimani, who has been acting in the capacity since the resignation of former CEO, Gladys Juma in mid-2021. The company said Mr. Kimani will continue to retain his position as CEO for Olympia Capital Corporations in Botswana, which is a subsidiary of the Kenyan holding group.

    “The new CEO will be expected to grow the group’s investment portfolio in the region and to align the subsidiaries and the Head office towards maximizing shareholder’s wealth. Mr. Kimanthi has been a Business Sustainability and Investments Consultant for over a decade, He has been credited with transforming a number of companies and channeling them towards profitability.” The firm said in a notice to shareholders.

    Before his appointment he was the company’s Chief Growth Officer, a position that he held since October 2021. He is a Certified Public Accountant, with a Bachelor’s Degree from Moi University and an MBA from The University of Nairobi.

    Olympia Capital Holdings is a Nairobi Securities Exchange listed company with interest in Manufacturing, Real Estate, Trading and Services. It oversees operations of its subsidiaries including Avon Rubber Company Ltd -Ke, Mather and Platt Limited- Ke, Kalahari Floor Tiles Pty-Bw, Botswana Fine Industrial Chemicals – (BotFIC) Pty & Botswana holding company, Olympia Capital Corporation Limited OCCL which is listed in Botswana stock exchange.
