SBizna Kenya has announced the nominees for the upcoming inaugural SMEs Awards with several businesses contending for top honours in various categories.
The awards seek to recognise and celebrate small and medium-sized enterprises based on their performance, profitability, quality of products and customer relations.
The Gala event will be held on May 24th in Nairobi and will bring together key players in the industry.
Nominees are from various sectors of the economy including agribusiness, transport, real estate, tourism and hospitality, agribusiness, manufacturing, digital and social media, education and entertainment.
Bizna Kenya CEO Tonnie Mello said the public vote will form part of the overall scoring for each nominee and asked Kenyans to participate in the process so that the list of winners can reflect true success in the SMEs sector.
