The Nairobi Securities Exchange last Wednesday 31st May held its 63rd Annual General Meeting in Nairobi and we thought we’d share with those of you who were unable to attend what happened.
Shareholders adopted all resolutions and proposals on the agenda, including the Annual Accounts for the 2016 financial year and the approval of the first and final dividend of Ksh 0.27 per share.
