Investors can now trade Nairobi Business ventures shares at the Nairobi Securities Exchange following the lifting of the suspension from trading.
“The lifting of the suspension in the trading of the securities was approved by the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) on November 30, 2020,” NSE said in a notice to the public.
The Nairobi exchange initially suspended the firm from trading on 14th October 2020 and later extended the suspension on 16th November “to allow for the completion of the company’s restructuring exercise
which included a share split, allotment, and issuance of shares to Delta international FZE and subscription agreement between NBV and Delta.”
According to the NSE, the listed company successfully listed an additional 415 Million shares at the Nairobi Securities Exchange today morning, thereby finalizing its restructuring process and subsequently onboarding a new investor, Delta International (FZE).
