MyCredit, a non-bank financial services company offering loans, guarantees, leasing and insurance services, is planning a private placement as it seeks to grow its business.
The credit only finance company is offering a minimum of Ksh500,000 and a maximum of Ksh20 Million placement per investor, with an option of three tenors and guaranteed high returns.
A 3-month tenor will offer a 10 per cent rate of return, 6 months (12%), up to 9 months (14%) and 10 months and over (16%).
The offering is offered exclusively to the client as a private offer as defined in Regulation 21 of the Capital Markets (Securities) (Public Offers, Listings and Disclosures) Regulations, 2002 and therefore not subject to approval by the Capital Markets Authority.
