Transportation services firm Midland Hauliers Limited Company has been placed under administration, and Qualified Debenture-Holders appointed as the agent of the company.
In a notice, PV Rao, the company’s administrator noted that persons entitled to the company would freely obtain Statement of Proposals after 50 days.
“None of the directors, shareholders, employees and no other person is authorized to transact any business on behalf of the company without express written consent from the administrator,” part of the statement read.
Directors are required to submit a statement of company affairs within 12 days while all creditors claims and matters will be addressed to the company.
