The workshop is the backbone of our projects at Superior Homes. We ensure that all machines and equipment are in top condition, which directly impacts site productivity, safety, and timelines. By keeping our fleet reliable, we minimize downtime and support seamless project execution. In short, no construction milestone can be achieved efficiently without a workshop that is proactive and dependable.
- •How do you incorporate innovation and technology into your work?
We are steadily integrating digital tracking for maintenance schedules, fuel management, and reporting. This allows us to predict mechanical issues before they occur, optimize resources, and improve accountability. I also encourage the team to adapt new repair techniques and explore eco-friendly practices that align with the company’s vision of sustainable development.
- •Can you share an example where technical expertise made a critical difference in a project?
Recently, we faced a major breakdown on one of our machines that risked delaying site progress. Instead of outsourcing, my team analyzed the fault in-house, sourced parts strategically, and executed the repair under a tight timeline. This saved costs, avoided project delays, and reinforced the trust between the workshop and project teams. It was a moment that showcased both the skill and teamwork that are critical to Superior Homes’ mission.
- •How do you maintain quality and efficiency under tight deadlines?
We achieve this through discipline, structured reporting, and teamwork. Every repair or maintenance task follows a clear standard with no shortcuts. At the same time, I ensure that responsibilities are delegated effectively so that the team can deliver fast without compromising safety or quality. Regular briefings and performance reviews keep us aligned even under pressure.
