Kenyan entrepreneur Maurice Juma, has been recognized among Africa’s “Forty Under 40”, at the 5th annual Forty Under 40 Africa ceremony.
- •Maurice is the co-founder and CEO of MediaPal, a data and programmatic advertising platform that has been instrumental in shaping Africa's digital advertising future.
- •His work with MediaPal, Weplay Arcade, and other ventures position him at the intersection of data, advertising, gaming, and digital services, where influence operates through networks and data flows.
- •Maurice is also a member of the National Taskforce on Rebranding and Repositioning Kenya through Tourism.
“This award reinforces something I strongly believe in: African innovation is not emerging, it is already here,” Maurice said.
Maurice spearheaded the development of MediaPal's end-to-end AdTech infrastructure, comprising a Demand Side Platform (DSP), Supply Side Platform (SSP), and Data Management Platform (DMP). The platform has an expansive network, reaching millions of online publishers - websites and apps, enabling performance-driven marketing across African markets and beyond.
He is also the founder of Weplay Arcade, Africa's premier peer-to-peer mobile esports and social gaming platform, and Nano Digital, his first company, which provides Value-Added Services (VAS) and digital products tailored for telecommunications companies.
