Local car dealers assembled a total of 7,052 units in the year 2020, rising at 2.2% compared to the 6,894 units assembled in 2019. The assembled units accounted for 63.6% of all new auto sales.

Toyota Kenya assembled 1,150 Toyota and Hino models, recording a 39.7% increase from 823 units in 2019.
