Liberty Kenya has named Gladys Ogallo to its seven member board of directors. Gladys is the founder and Chief Executive Officer at Virtual Human Resources Services. She has a rich experience in Insurance, ICT, Banking, Investments, Telecommunications, and education.
Gladys has served in human resource management for more than two decades in addition to working in different boards of management. She currently provides consultancy services to leading organization across the African continent. According to her profile on the Virtual HR website, she is a highly sought after speaker who has facilitated several global functions. She holds a Bachelors degree in Education and an MBA.
Gladys’ appointment took effect on 8th July 2019. She will be the second woman serving in the senior role. Previously, Susan Mboya served in Liberty’s board as the Chairperson from November 2011 until October 2018 when she stepped down.
