    Kenya Re Elects New Directors

    Mrs Nasra Ibrahim Ibren, Amb. Peter Oleishorua Ole Nkuraiyia and Mr. Michael Ombabah Monari have been elected as directors of Kenya Reinsurance corporation ltd.

    This follows the retirement of Mr. Anthony Muthama Munyao, Mr. David Kibet Kernei and Mr. Maina Mukoma as Directors of the Corporation

    Mrs. Ibren holds a Global Executive Masters in Business Administration from the United States International University-Africa and a Masters from the Khatoum International institute of Arabic language. Mrs. Ibren was a member of the National Assembly representing Marsabit County between 2013-2017. Prior to that she has held various management positions in the education sector

    Mr. Ole Nkuraiyia holds an Executive MBA from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science and Sociology. Mr. Nkuraiyia is a career diplomat and a former Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and East Africa Cooperation.

    Mr. Monari holds an MBA from Heriott-Watt University, a Master of Science in Finance from Irish International University and an Executive MSc in Global Management from the University of Salford. He is a career banker and founder of Longitude Finance where he is currently CEO.
