South Africans will now have more access to Kenya since they will get visas on arrival and because Kenya Airways plans on increasing the number of flights to three every week on it Johannesburg route. These flights will begin from June 6.
According to an article by Traveller24, the three flights are scheduled for Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Early morning flights have also been reinstated on certain days. For instance, flight KQ766 will leave Nairobi at 0120hrs and land in Johannesburg at 0430hrs.
Kenya Airways will also introduce a new direct service to Cape Town which is scheduled for Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. One such flight will leave Nairobi at 1535 and land in Cape Town at 2020. The airline already operates three weekly flights between Nairobi and Cape Town through Livingstone.
The airline also gave a notice warning guests against a social media account that is offering two free tickets. Kenya Airways said any offers to guests are usually made through its official website and social media accounts.
