Kenya Airports Authority, the state owned agency mandated to manage all airport resources in the country, has increased parking fees within the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) with immediate effect.
Motorists dropping and picking up passengers at the airport will pay Sh100 within 20 minutes, Sh250 between 20 minutes and 40 minutes, Sh350 between 40 minutes and an hour and Sh500 between an hour and two hours. Motorists staying more than two hours will be penalized heavily .
Additionally, if you lose your ticket fee, you will have to pay a non-refundable fee of Sh1000 including those whose cars will be clamped.
