    Kenol Kobil appoints two board members to represent Rubis Energie SAS

    The board of Kenol Kobil has appointed two new directors to represent the interests of Rubis Energie which is in the process of finalizing its acquisition of Kenol Kobil PLC. The new directors are; Rubis Energie CEO Christian Henri Cochet, and its Chief Financial Officer Gilles Pierre Kauffeisen. The appointments became effective on 12th March 2019.

    Mr Christian Cochet joined Rubis in 1994 and has over 40 years of experience in the fuel industry. Mr Gilles Kauffeisen joined the French Energy firm in 1985 as a financial controller. He was appointed as the company’s Chief Financial Officer in 1993.

    Kenol Kobil also announced the exit of Ms. Elizabeth Klem and Ms. Ashwini Bhandari from its board of directors.
