    Kellogg Partners with Tolaram Group to Expand in Africa

    Kellogg Company is partnering with Tolaram group, a move that is aimed to expand Kellogg’s presence in West Africa.

    Additionally, Kellogg will pay $450 million for a 50% stake in Multipro, a food sales and distribution company owned by Tolaram. It also has an option to buy a stake in Tolaram’s African unit.

    With the partnership, Kellogg will also get access to Multipro’s distribution network in Nigeria, Ghana, DRC, Ivory Coast, Cameroon and Ethiopia.

    The Kellogg Company is an American multinational food manufacturing company headquartered in Battle Creek, Michigan, United States.

    Kellogg produces cereal and convenience foods, including crackers and toaster pastries. It markets its products by several well-known brands including Corn Flakes, Frosted Flakes, Pringles, Eggo, and Cheez-It.
