Kenya Commercial Bank(KCB) has won Africa’s Best Employer Brand award which was organized by The Employer Branding Institute in Africa during the second edition of the Africa Best Employer Brand Awards ceremony held in Mauritius.
KCB Group HR director Mr Paul Russo said the award was as aresult of continued, deliberate investments in people.
“The employee reform programmes we have put in place in the recent past have truly set us apart from our peers who now have to play catch-up,” he added.
