    KCB Group Plc Makes Changes in Its Directorship

    The Board of KCB Group Plc has announced the resignation of Dr Nancy Asiko Onyango as a Non-executive Director.

    “Dr Onyango served diligently on the Board of directors since 2017. The Group Chairman on behalf of the Board takes this opportunity to thank Dr Onyango for her service and leadership and wishes her the very best in her future endeavours,” the notice states.

    Dr Nancy Asiko was recently appointed as Director of IMF’s Office of Internal Audit and Inspection effective February 2018. The lender’s board also announced the appointment of Ms Josephine Tata Djirackor, to the Board to fill the vacant position left by Dr Asiko.

    “Ms Djirackor has a wealth of experience and is specialized in telecommunications engineering, emerging technologies, and project management. She has over 14 years experience as the co-founder and director of Elris Communications Services Limited. The Group Chairman on behalf of the Board is delighted to welcome Ms Djirackor to the Board of KCB Group Plc.”
