Job Description 

This position is responsible primarily for the management and implementation of TKWS’ most crucial distribution medium - social media. You will work directly under the purview of the Editor-in-Chief while regularly working with the executive leadership. 

The expectations of the Social Media Interns include but are not limited to: 

  • Manage review and posting on assigned social media platform(s) 
  • Generate and edit graphics with online software 
  • Build and implement strategies for the organic growth of followers and engagement 

Job Requirements 

The following requirements must be met in order to apply for this position. 

  • Currently enrolled in University or recently graduated
  • Fluency in English (Mandarin or Arabic is a plus) with excellent verbal and written skill
  • Familiarity with the fast-paced world of social media management
  • Dynamic team player attitude
  • Experience with project management software is a plus

Job Description 

This position is responsible primarily for communicating, managing, and implementing client projects. You will work directly under the purview of the CEO while regularly communicating across teams. 

The expectations of the Relationship Associate include but are not limited to: 

  • Facilitate the post-sales relationship with clients 
  • Ensure deliverables are managed and executed in a timely manner 
  • Assist with the organization of events for both clients and TKWS
  • Work directly with different internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client work 

Job Requirements 

The following requirements must be met in order to apply for this position. 

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role 
  • Fluency in English (Mandarin or Arabic is a plus) with excellent verbal and written skill
  • Familiarity with a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Dynamic team player attitude
  • Experience with project management software is a plus 

This position requires in-office presence on non-holiday workdays

Job Description 

The expectations of the Office Manager include but are not limited to: 

  • Greet and welcome clients and guests to the office with a professional demeanor
  • Maintaining the office phone line and reviewing, answering, and organizing inbound emails 
  • Make and serve coffee/tea while also maintaining the tidiness of the reception area
  • Assisting with basic administrative tasks such as the issuance of invoices, coordination of meetings, maintenance of file organization, etc. 
  • Coordination and receipt of office deliveries, supplies, etc. 

Job Requirements 

The following requirements must be met in order to apply for this position. 

  • KSCE Certificate minimum - plus to have further diplomas or certificates 
  • Fluency in English and Kiswahili (Mandarin or Arabic is a plus) with excellent verbal and written skill
  • Experience with hospitality and/or receptionist; working with people from a diverse background 
  • 1-3 years of experience in basic accounting (i.e., cashier) with experience using iTax and e-TIMS
  • Dynamic, fast-paced team player 

This position requires in-office presence on non-holiday workdays, reporting from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
