Introducing Bulls, Bears Whisky, an Event for Players in Financial Services

Kenya is fast creating a name for itself as the hub for the financial services industry in Africa. Increasingly, global players in the financial services industry continue to set up offices in Kenya with the view of tapping into the numerous opportunities the East African market offers. Despite this impressive growth of the market, players in this sector lack the space and forum to interact with each other, bounce ideas and meet like minded individuals.

Following this realization, Kenyan Wallstreet in partnership with Urban Eatery has set to create a one of kind event that targets players in the financial markets. Bulls, Bears & Whisky will be a monthly event targeting individuals in the financial markets. The event will target players in private equity, stock brokers, dealers, investment bankers, auditors to any member of the general public with a deep interest in the financial markets.

The monthly event will feature an experienced player in the industry sharing their insights on their industry, a Q&A session and a whisky tasting session. The first of these events will take place on Friday 26th January starting 6:30 p.m to 8 p.m at Urban Eatery at PwC Towers.

Since 1993, Vishal Agarwal has worked all over the world executing deals in power, finance, and transport in various companies including GE and PwC. In his career, he has led deals worth $15-billion of financings globally. Vishal is soon to release a Global leadership book: In which he provides practical frameworks for anyone hoping to become a successful global leader.

Tickets will sell for Kshs. 2,000 via M-Pesa Paybill 197692 (Urban Eatery). The Sh 2000 includes entry, drinks and bitings.
