Tobias Rasmussen has been named as the new IMF Kenya Resident Representative to replace Jan Mikkelsen who is about to complete his tenure set to end on September 13.
Rasmussen was previously IMF’s senior economist, Middle East and Central Asia Department where he was mission chief for Oman. He joined IMF in 2001 specializing in IMF’s Western Hemisphere and Asia-Pacific departments.
