    IM Holdings Appoints Rose Kinuthia to The Board

    I&M Holdings has appointed Ms. Rose Wanjiru Kinuthia as an independent member of its board with effect from 17th March 2020. She will be resourceful in providing risk management expertise to the board of I&M Holdings.

    Ms. Rose has extensive experience in banking, insurance and pension funds having served as a risk management professional for over 20 years. She previously worked for KCB Group, First National Bank of Chicago, New York Life Insurance Company, and Barclays Bank in Nairobi.

    In the notice of appointment, I&M said, “As one of the most experienced Risk Management
    professionals in Kenya, and with the specialist knowledge she would bring to the Board in relation to enterprise risk management across the Group, she will be a welcome addition to the Company’s Board.”

    She holds a Master of Science degree in Risk Management from New York University, a Master of Business Administration from Adelphi University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nairobi.
