Huduma Centre GPO Nairobi is set to reopen on Monday, 17th August 2020, albeit with the introduction of a service appointment only system. The system seeks to minimize the traffic as well as time spent queuing for services.
To book an appointment, visit www.hudumakenya.go.ke, select the book appointment option, and follow the outlined steps on how to book an appointment for your desired service(s).
However, the service by appointment system will only apply to the GPO Nairobi centre. The other four centres in Nairobi and the other 51 countrywide do not need an appointment beforehand.
Huduma Centre GPO was among such centres that were temporarily closed on 14th July for fumigation amid the rising number of Covid-19 cases in the city and the high number of human traffic.
