    Hudson Sandler Appoints Michelle Anekeya Partner Head Of East Africa

    Strategic communications consultancy firm Hudson Sandler has appointed Michelle Anekeya as Partner, Head of East Africa.

    Prior to her appointment, Anekeya was based at Hill+Knowlton Strategies, where she worked for over a decade serving in different positions such as associate director, client service director and account director.

    She has a strong track record in the development of award-winning integrated communications campaigns, crisis communications, digital communications, employee and executive communications, media relations, people management, stakeholder relations and advocacy.

    Commenting on her appointment, the Chairman of Hudson Sandler Africa, Chris Genasi, noted that Anekeya’s wealth of knowledge will be very useful to the firm as it seeks to expand more in the continent.

    “Michelle brings a wealth of experience in corporate communications and advocacy, as well as strong leadership and business development skills, which will be instrumental in our further expansion as we continue to grow our fantastic teams across the continent,” Chris Genasi.

    Anekeya, who serves as a council member of the Public Relations Society of Kenya (PRSK), holds a Master of Arts degree in Communication Studies from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Sciences from Moi University.

    Based in Nairobi, Michelle will focus on developing Hudson Sandler’s East African operations.
