The Africa Media Hub – Strathmore University Business School (SBS) held its first monthly Breakfast meeting on 22nd January 2020 with Pinelopi Koujianou Goldberg – Chief Economist, World Bank Group as the Guest Speaker.
She gave insights on how important Global Value Chains are to development in Africa in line with the World Development Report 2020 which advocates for the importance of Global Value Chains (GVC) in economic growth and its linkages in tackling inequality, poverty, employment and the business environment.
