Nairobi Securities Exchange Listed real estate developer Home Afrika has delayed the release of its 2015 results by one week after seeking approval from the Capital Markets Authority. The company was supposed to release its Full year results by 29th of April but says it needs time to enable them to provide additional information for better company assessment. The company expects to release the results by 6th May 2016.
Home Afrika last week made several changes to its board by appointing Former Nation Media Group CEO Mr Linus Gitahi as its chairman and Joshua Kihoro as the new Chief Finance Officer.
At the Nairobi Securities Exchange, the counter on Tuesday closed at 1.55, which is 29.17% above the 52 week low of 1.20 set on Nov 24, 2015 as shown above.
