    HF Group to Hold Virtual AGM on May 20th

    Housing Finance(HF) Group has informed its shareholders of the upcoming 56th Annual General Meeting(AGM) to be held on 20th May 2022.

    Shareholders will consider Dr Benson Wairegi, Ms Constance Gakonyo, Professor Olive Mugenda, Charles Kimani Njuguna and Dr Antony Omerikwa Opare, who are retiring and have offered themselves for re-election as directors.

    Those who propose not to be at the AGM are requested to complete and return the proxy form to Image Registrars Limited not later than 18th May, 2022.

    Shareholders will also consider the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers(PwC) Kenya and auditors of the Company and to fix remuneration of the auditors.

    The meeting will also receive and adopt the audited balance sheet and accounts for the year ended 31st December 2021, together with the Chairman’s, the Directors’ and Auditor’s Report.

    Directors of HF Group have not declared payment of any dividends for the year ended 31st December 2021.
