That’s why we’ve made key updates to the Seeker Profile. Instead of chasing listings and hoping for callbacks, seekers can now set up a profile with their contact details and property preferences. From there, verified agents step in — matching seekers with properties that fit their needs and reaching out directly. It’s a smarter, safer, and more personalized way to search.
Why Seeker Profiles Matter
Seeker Profiles are designed for people who:

What’s New and Improved
We listened to feedback and upgraded Seeker Profiles to make them even more effective:
1. Active Profiles Only
No more outdated leads. Only active seeker profiles show up, and older ones are automatically deactivated.
2. Shorter Activity Window
Instead of lingering for 90 days, profiles now stay active for 7, 14, or 28 days. This ensures agents connect with people who are ready to move now.
3. Full Access to Preferences
Agents can view all seeker preferences after saving the lead, giving them a clearer picture of exactly what you want.
4. Safer Connections with OTP Verification
Every seeker goes through phone verification via OTP. This means agents only connect with genuine users, no more wasted time on fake or invalid contacts.
5. Verified Agents Only
Your profile is visible only to verified agents. That reduces unwanted contact and ensures you’re only dealing with trusted professionals.
6. Easier CRM Navigation
To make things clear, the old “Recommended Leads” tab has now been renamed “Seeker Profiles.”
