Fanaka Real Estate Ltd, a leading provider of real estate and property management solutions celebrated its 5th anniversary on 29th October 2021 as it announced opening of its new offices.
The company, which was founded in 2016 by Moses Muriithi Kihunii serves clients in Nairobi Metropolis and Satellite Towns of Ruiru, Juja, Kamulu, Joska, Malaa =.
Its first business model revolved around selling land along Kangundo Road and Ruiru East, but with the vision to provide a one stop shop real estate solutions provider. Fanaka has now grown from a small, self-funded start-up to become one of Kenya’s most recognized ideal real estate solution partner.
